Menopause Solutions for a Healthier Life
My menopause solutions are simple and easy to follow. At age 44 I had a hysterectomy and I experienced surgical menopause, which has more severe symptoms than natural menopause. I was confused and scared. I read tons and tons of articles, looking for solutions.
Being a self-made type of woman, I came up with my own plan. I decided to share my menopause solutions with other women who need help coping with this change of life.

Women are clearly confused about menopause and their treatment options. Many of us don’t even understand what we are going through. We wonder what should we do about our menopause symptoms.
Most of us do not discuss these problems with family, friends, or even with our doctor, turning to books and internet instead.
Every woman is different, therefore, every woman will have her own menopausal experience. Menopause definitely affects our lives. Talking about it, and learning about it, is extremely important, making treatment choices and finding your own solutions much easier. The menopause symptoms are very individual: you may have a few, or you may experience a number of physical and emotional changes.
The physical symptoms of the menopause are: hot flashes and nights sweats, weight gain, bone and joint pain, vaginal dryness, loss of sex drive and urinary frequency, as well as other symptoms like skin, hair and nails problems.
The emotional symptoms are depression, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia.
Riding this physical and emotional rollercoaster is not easy, but with the power of knowledge the ride will get smoother.
These menopause solutions worked for me. Most of the symptoms faded or disappeared. As we approach post-menopause, everything seems to stabilize. The energy and emotional levels will come back to normal.
Menopause is not a disease; it is a part of life, a natural aging process that all women go through. At menopause our body changes. But, inevitably, our body shape changes as we grow older. Shrinking or expanding here and there, sagging here and there… so what? This is life and life is what we make it. So make it fun and meaningful!
Age is just a number; it is an attitude towards life. A stuffy attitude will make you look old and miserable. Be active; maintain your level of vitality, never stop learning and growing. Educate yourself; use your brain, read, study! Accept menopause gracefully, allow those changes in your body to take place, and your life will be long and happy!
"Aging seems to be the only available way to live a long life."
