  • Massage - If you like to be connected to another human being, get a professional massage from a trained masseur. If you are like me, "do-not-touch-me" kind of person, I have some tips how to relax you body by using herbal baths and other natural products.

  • Sleep - Your sleep regimen is a very important factor. Check if you are satisfied with your sleeping pattern. Read my Insomnia Solutions page for more information.

Digestion requires a lot of energy and when energy is focused on stress issues, foods are impartially digested, causing toxins to built up in the system. Eat slowly, choose simple foods which are easily digested such as salad and cooked vegetables and fish. Reduce caffeine, nicotine and alcohol.

  • Take supplements - Vitamins and Minerals are essential at menopause. Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Calcium, Potassium are used for treating Anxiety and Stress.

  • Keep busy - Plan your days, keep your mind busy, socialize as much as you can. Keep a diary, like I did. It helped me write down thoughts I couldn’t speak out load.
