Fatigue Solutions
Fatigue is an overall feeling of being tired, no energy at all, no willpower to do anything, even thinking that nothing good will ever happen. At menopause, fatigue may become one major debilitating symptom. We need all the energy and motivation to ease the menopause symptoms and make the transition to post menopause as smooth as possible.
Fatigue can stop us taking the normal steps to reduce other menopausal symptoms. I experienced severe fatigue; it stopped me to socialize with others, in other words, it increased my other menopause problems.
My Solutions
- The use of Ginseng. This is an ancient herbal supplement that reduces the level of stress in your body. A nice cup of tea twice a day, is not only beneficial for you, but also delicious.
- Rosemary is an energizing herb. A warm rosemary bath is a wonderful, reinvigorating treat.
- Ginger is also a wonderful solution. A hot cup of tea or a ginger bath will make you feel so much better.
- Other herbal supplements for treating menopausal fatigue are: Sage, Sarsaparilla, Black Cohosh, Wild Yam, Lemon Grass, Peppermint.
- Another way to increase your energy level is exercise. I can't emphasize enough this subject, even a short walk will improve your energy level and your mental outlook!
- Manage your diet, a balanced diet with good foods will get you a very good result.
- Analyze your daily activities and find out a way to manage your time more effectively.
- Do something new, something you really like. The excitement of doing something new will improve your mental outlook.
While I was recovering from my hysterectomy, I was working on all kinds of different projects, to keep myself busy. My main activity was searching the net for herbal solutions. I realized how much I would love to build and design my own website, with pictures and lots of information about all those wonderful herbs.
I came across Site Built It! (SBI!) and I started my journey. That's how I made this website. Words can't explain enough how much SBI! changed my life. The excitement of actually doing something I loved, something that could also help other women, totally conquered my fatigue. Read my story and also watch this short video.
